Founder & CEO

With over 30 years of hands-on experience in the UK telecoms sector, Matt has worked from ground-level operations right through to strategic leadership at boardroom level.

Matt founded INS Group after witnessing decades of industry frustration with fragmented systems, outdated processes, and unclear accountability. His vision for INSCOPE 360 came from a simple belief: infrastructure delivery shouldn't be chaos.

With a career dedicated to pioneering technology in the telecoms sector, James brings a relentless focus on innovation, integration, and transformation.

His expertise spans digital twin technology, AI-driven workflows, and automation, enabling organisations to bridge the gap between complex engineering challenges and streamlined delivery.

Adrian Lewis

Chief Operating Officer

Adrian brings twenty-six years of director-level experience across automotive, petrochemical, energy and security systems. In those sectors governance, risk management and execution discipline are not optional.

He has led multi-country operations with full P&L accountability, growing turnover from £22m to £58m in three years while removing £10.8m of operating cost, and has delivered commercial contracts above £50m in private-equity-backed and regulated environments.

His work spans post-merger integration, including TUPE and cultural alignment, and the commercialisation of new technology such as EV charging infrastructure and digital platforms, delivered alongside R&D, manufacturing and commercial teams.
